Thanks for that,I have made one myself,it wasn't easy or cheap with the time and materials that went into it and the HPC ( hi performance coating) then the dynojet guy wanted 18mm bungs for the O2 sensors so that damaged the coating and now it has hairline cracks where the weld were filed off....sho...

Re: Choke lever

it`s got the junction box and two cables to the carbs and the previous owner used a vicegrip to pull on the cable by the headlight-not really ideal and want something a bit more functional-so the one under the clutch could be a universal type or are they Morini specific?-like on ebay?

Re: Engine problem. Corsaro Avio

Hi,I have replaced my lambda sensor three times on my Avio, all with similar symptoms-not idling, rough running, excessive fuel consumption, each time the problem was rectified for a short time (under 1000km).The last time I managed to get the bike home and it started reluctently and then ran perfectly...

Re: SYNCHR throttle bodies Procedure // LAMBDA sensor

Hi,Having had Lambda trouble I used a Ducati item,I was told by a lambda seller that Morini,Ducati,Guzzi and others use the same, the difference being the last three digits on the part number relate to the connector type or cable length,I got mine on Ebay for $US25 and it was in New Zealand in 8 days...

Re: Running Rich

With it running so rich previously I assume there was unburnt fuel/carbon build up in the converter because now it doesn`t get hot and if was excessivly lean the engine would heat up quicker and run hotter, there is no `pinking' when revved although I havn`t tried under load. The O2 sensors have diffe...

Re: Running Rich

Hi,I robbed the Lambda from my Hypermotard (everyone should have a Ducati in their garage!) and swapped it with the Corsaro,It was reluctant to start and when it did it ran as rough as but slowly clearing, within two minutes the catalytic converter section of the exhaust was glowing red hot,I shut it...

Hi,thanks for that,I noticed the injection light on while winding over and the fault code reads 'Heat / Probe O.C/S.C. GND` Is this a faulty O2 sensor?

Re: Running Rich

All dry and squeaky clean, how can I read the error codes and what does the Ducatidiag allow you to do?does it come with maps or does it need a dyno?-
