I am looking for a MM 500 Engine to rebuild over time, if anyone has one in mostly whole condition, I would appreciate it as I want to do a full rebuild in detail.

Hi all.

I need to replace my exhaust valves on a 500 as they are past lapping or repair. I went to NLM to look at purchasing some exhaust valves, but they are currently out of stock. Does anyone know of where I might be able to get some exhaust valves to replace mine?

Question....Does anyone know of a good replacement if we have bent the chain stretcher and set bolt on the rear axle of a MM 500? Does anyone know where we might be able to get an original set, or would be be best to use an aftermarket?

Paul, Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. I should have included that I installed a new Antigravity Lithium Ion Battery (8 Cell), so I ruled out the battery being a problem. That being said I will run another check on that to see if that is the issue, but the battery was new prior to install....
