Thanks for that, is there any other way? My daughter lost tons of stuff on photobucket when her hard drive died and despite having the password etc...she could never access her account again. Made me a bit phobic.

Clive, if it is the dipstick blowing (I'm convinced from the sound it is) it tracks down the back towards the swinging arm pivot point and to the right past the front stainless bit of chain guard gets picked up by the chain and sprays the rear tyre, mainly on the right. Clive, you probably didn't read the thread immediately before mine, or you MAY have twigged the reference. You didn't say if it turned out to be the dipstick or not,You're probably still touchy, tho perfection is an abstract concept!

Keep an eye out on here or if you are in a hurry. Try north Leicester motorcycles, who I can recommend. Most of their Bikes come with 1 years warranty, and they are marque specialist. Most morini's are well sorted being 30-40 years old, unless you buy a project. Good luck.

Well spotted Norburt et al-I was indeed offering a suggestion having had same issue on a push fit dipstick albeit not a morini. Clive, in future I'll put it in bold when I'm taking the piss, you're clearly sensitive about not pushing the dipstick in far enough...Thanks for opening up to us...group h...

Silly question possibly but...Have you tried the Dvla website? At least you can check that she is still registered alive etc...and not been turned into coke cans or saucepans.
