oilburnerbike, Check the connectors from the LH switch gear to the main chassis harness. I had the same issue when turning right although the indicators share the same earth so this is likely the culprit in your case. If you remove the RH switch gear you will find that at the end of the throttle cable the plastic throttle housing bends in on the cable which means it can then go past its stop. I added some heat-shrink to fill out the gap to stop the plastic folding over. Really easy to do and only takes about 20 m...

Does anyone know if there is a fender extender available for the GP?
After going down a couple of byways the mud is spraying up onto the radiator and I don't want any stones or gravel doing the same.

Hi Steve, I cant say I have ever looked at the speedo to see how long it takes to settle on zero but next time I am on the bike I will check.
