Re: Low flippin' seat

Maybe not a good idea. I am happy with sound but there is an irritating tinny rattle as if something is loose.

Re: Low flippin' seat

Looks like I have managed to get one from eBay Italy. At least I won't have to butcher mine.

Just been looking at exhaust options and see you have a GPR. I have the Aliminium boxes will they still work with the GPR. And is it just plug and play

Low flippin' seat

I love my granpasso. It is a brilliant bike. But. I am kinda on my tip toes at a stop and it makes me nervous. So has anyone got a low seat knocking around that they want to sell or have a success story about slightly lowering a GP. An inch would probably do it. It is doubly frustrating as I know th...

Re: First Ride

I have him booked in to Bennetts before I go to Europe in September but in the meantime I think I can deal with the stalling thing. Like you said keep a bit of throttle on and all will be fine. Re: First Ride

Oh yes, he pulls like a train alright but the first stalling incident was probably 20 miles into the ride. I'm not gonna worry about it too much. Just adjust and make sure he is given a little Rev when the clutch is pulled in. I will get used to it. Otherwise everything is golden. I'm going to have ...

First Ride

Well, well that was an experience. First good ride, about 3 hrs. That engine is a monster, torque and torque. Brilliant supermoto-like handling. Comfortable, a bit bouncy at times but that can be dialled out. Great noise, biblical noise. Only issue is stalling and lumpiness in low gears and revs. I ...

Re: GP sold ....

Looks like we have swapped bikes via the wonderful Bennetts. I have just bought your GP. Five years I have been interested in having one but just never got the opportunity, then yours appears on Matt Watson's Facebook page. Contacted them straight away and gave them the money today. Now you have my ...
