Hi, Justin, the existing wiring is standard 250c, the new 12v one has green ,black ,red and 3 yellows

Thanks for advice I have decided to go the 12 v route as the bulbs and battery need replacing, I have bought the recommended rectifier but not sure how to wire it, could someone help please.

I have a 250c, just went to check for mot and all the bulbs have blown! Any info welcome.

Whilst changing the binnacle on the 250c I managed to detach the wires from the ignition switch, it's a 6 pole switch but 4 wires,brown, blue, green and red which is still attached to terminal 6, can someone guide me please

I am getting a reading of 320 ohms on my stator ignition coil, I have read previous posts and realise this is high and unusual, comments welcome, thanks

I posted this on the 250c forum but thought it may reach more people on this one. My 250c gave up sparking a few weeks ago, I checked the stator coil at 120 ohms with all other wires connected, after removing stator the reading was 320 ohms! I removed pickup and found it cracked, it is red 2nd serie...
