Yes,the Honda CBF 125 has a smaller piston in the master cylinder. After hearing of the benefits the other members said they had with their brakes after changing the master cylinder i fitted it. So I would say I was steered in the right direction .......thanks Guys

I ended up buying a pair of Hagon shocks direct from ALF Hagon which worked out at £146 and were fitted with springs rated for my weight and delivered in 3 days .I am really pleased with the handling now. Thanks for the info guys, I will buy my second master cylinder,this time with a smaller piston and try the disc the guy is selling on ebay and sintered pads and report back to you when its all fitted.
