Re: Valentini Replica
I have a spare RMS exhaust which in my opinion is the best 2 into 1 for a 350. Picture attached. It’s not for sale because I intend on keeping it as a spare in case god forbid anything ever happens to the RMS on my sport, but would happily lend it for somebody to get copies made. Plenty of people h...

Valentini 350 exhaust for new project
Hi all, I am slowly gathering the parts for a replica Valentini 350. Thanks to Paul Compton, I have the tank and seat units bit still need to find or most likely copy a 2 into 1 exhaust. I have lots of photos of the system but need to at least get some dimensions if possible. If there is one availab...

Re: Morini 250 2c lower speedo side fork leg and tubes.
As far as I know, mdinaitalia has new fork stanchions at approximately £115 each if you're an MRC member, else £128... https://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/stanchion-mm-250.html there are 14 available. The fork seals are also generally available e.g. on eBay (Douglas may have some at mdinaitalia too). In ...

Re: Morini 250 2c lower speedo side fork leg and tubes.
Hi, sorry for the slow reply but still recovering from my latest operation. That leg is exactly the one i need. I don't think the scoring will affect it being used as the seals should do their job. If it is available, could you please contact me with a price ad details. I live near Stafford and will...

Morini 250 2c lower speedo side fork leg and tubes.
I am after a lower leg on the speedo side for a 2C. Mine is cracked. I do have a replacement but it is from an earlier one I think without the disk carrier which although is not needed would be nice to have an original looking pair. I am also after the fork tubes which are 31.75mm if anyone has any....

Re: 250 rebuild from bits
Hi, Just was reading and think you are trying to use a 500 air filter housing. I might have a 250 one and I need a 500 box. Maybe we could help each other out. I will look at my parts and check if i have another 250 one if you want. Good to see another 250 done.

Re: changing capacity to 501
Thank for the details. Is this a 501 engine complete or one with a 350 bottom end? Also, love the wire wheels and discs. They look ideal but dare say difficult to get.

Re: changing capacity to 501
Hi Simon, it was good to talk to you recently. I did look at skidmarks before but then illness, etc stopped everything. Thank you for reminding me about them. Looks like the full engine will be easier so need to sell some bike stuff to help towards it. Regards, Keith

Re: changing capacity to 501
Norbert, thank you so much for your fantastic reply. This is the information i was needing. I do have the possibility to buy a rebuild 507 engine but it is expensive and a large financial commitment so would need to sell some other parts first as my bike budget is not great since retiring. I would l...

Kanguro x3 NOW SOLD .
Hi all, I am currently advertising a Kanguro X3 and need some advice please. I am thinking that it might be best to offer parts from her but not really sure what people need . The one thing I believe is of use is the larger metal petrol tank . Most parts are available but due to recent surgery, I wi...

Hi all. Does anyone know if it is possible to bore out the cylinders to take 70 mm pistons or would you need to change heads , barrel and pistons. My current engine is a standard 478. Also, if i did change all the top end can the original cases be used. Thanks for your help
