There should be a grease nipple each side. If not in the centre of the swing arm pivot then on the swing arm itself feeding in from the outside. On the left it's usually moved inside because the exhaust pipe is in the way.

In my opinion those from Mdina will be your best bet. It's likely the failed ones on yours were from a batch that NLM had made and turned out to be a bit short lived.
