Andy....totally unrelated to your post but if you want a good free photo resize programme I recommend FastStone Photo Resizer. You choose what size your pics can be reduced to. Fast and user friendly.

I can't help with the loss of power as mine still goes like a train I'm pleased to say.....but many of the views on your battery post will be me checking to see if there is an answer as I want one too.

All standard except for headlamp protectors. I agree with your analysis of the weather......(I'm not a fair weather rider but I do have a fair weather bike)....I will be there for the ride in too. All in black like the Milk Tray mans older fatter brother....

I might manage this from Surrey......I have family in Chippenham and it may be an excuse to visit with an equally good excuse not to stay too long!!
