Can't comment on the handling on the 91/2 or the relative merits between the CORSARO 1200 and its VELOCE derivative. However, the set-up of the suspension on my CORSARO 1200 made a big difference. the standard settings do seem to have the rear low and soft. This can be changed to give a more front l...

Just to update - I'm running a standad CORSARO (slip-ons are made by termi FYI) and whilst they are certainly heavier than the TermI ones on the Veloce and they dont look as cool, they are aparently more free flowing according to the pepople that requalry map Corsaro's. I have the QD CAT free pipe o...

I've had my CORSARO for a year now and put 3,500miles on it with 2 long trips from UK to Germany some of which was in heavy rain. In use these have been no electrical/running problems. However, after power washing and getting too much water behind the nose fairing and accros the bars the headlight i...

Termi downpipe system looks goo but not sure if it is compatible with any other end cans and it s expensive at 640Euro before VAT.
I'v got the QD system from ManiacMotors at 490Euro and the quality is good and looks identical.

Franky - I'm still waiting for some replacement MM decals so I can finish of the re-painting and put the bike back together. I've got the ECU re-maped ready to talk to the PC111 and a plastic pasencer seat to make the bike "single seat " from Maniac Motors. When the bikes back in 1 pice I ...

leaking clutch fluid form reservoir - anyone else got one?

I have noticed over the past month or so that the clutch fluid reservoir is weeping at the gasket. I have unscrewed the lid, checked fluid levels and cleaned and replaced to on avail. I have heard that the actuato (inside the part bolted on the LHD side of the engine/gearbox) may have stuck or not s...

Good news is that the fuel consumption seems to improve .. unless ridden vhard I see regularly 120-125 till the fuel warning light comes on and in theory there is another 2 litres till empty (not tested that bit to the full yet)

Curtis - As i said .... the spec on the exhaust sytem is identical except the termi slip ons (no power gain just sound) race ECU to bolt on, Ergal (lighter weight) foot peg castings, chassis frame and geometry is identical, and std CORSAO has both rebound and compressin damping on the same 50mm fork...

Pretty certain its just Ohilns on the rear for the VELOCE not a different frame geometry or internals on the front shocks.

I did and would advise riding it in accordance with the MM owners manual and just check the bike over after each ride with a fine tooth colmb for ay bolts working loose, fluid leaks and electrical gremlins and get them fixed at the 1st service interval. the MM handbook states a rev limit to a certai...

Franky - I was surprised (pleasantly) to find form Maniac Motors that the end cans that perform best on a dyno are the standard CORSARO items made by Termi. - hence im not in a rush to change mine as at a track day mine is registering 100db. They have run for customers most systems to come to this c...

Please dont take my info verbatum and correct.... However, it remains my understanding that there is no diffeence between the standard CORSARO and the VELOCE in the engine/injection system only that the VELOCE comes with a replaceable "race" ECU which ignores the lambda probe info loop to ...
