I believe that MZ pullers fit too and are about a fiver.
Sorry gents, been rather busy.

It's a genuine Moto Morini one from 1980ish

If they are that cheap and easy to obtain I'll hang on to it for the moment.

Cheers

Hello, Sorry, got that slightly wrong;the ones I'm thinking of aren't necessarily made by Acerbis, although they look like they are (if that makes sense). They are standard on the 9x0 Adv, and also available as a genuine KTM accessory. The only KTM logo is very small on the inside. I don't know if t...

OK all; this is a Google translation of the original article in Motociclismo (with usual acknowledgements). Google translation from Motociclismo web site... "Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) 24 September 2009 - Directors of Moto Morini have approved the voluntary liquidation of the company, with ...

Thanks!

They'll be able to give us the scoop on whether or not the factory is open then.

The reports I've seen don't look too good: they say that the company couldn't make payroll after the August shutdown.

I hope they can restructure and keep going: the bikes are incredible.

How different are they in real life from a Corsaro?

They actually seem to get more favourable write-ups.

Are they any better on fuel: the Corsaro seems to be a bit of a gas guzzler?

Just wondering.

Have a careful look at a KTM 950/990 ADV.

It uses very substantial Acerbis handguards on a tapered handlebar.

I was so impressed by the ones on mine that purchased a second pair for my GasGas Pamera: £45 inc vat for the pair in a kit with all the fittings!

(£125 ... what are they thinking of?)

Flywheel puller

I've found my old one (sold my last Morini 15 years ago).

If anyone wants it drop me a PM: it's yours for the postage and a £10 donation to the fighting fund of the Trail Riders Fellowship.

Cheers

Hello everyone!

Just joined the forum after lurking for a while. Back in the late 70s I worked for 3x motorcycles and rode a silver 3 1/2 Strada. Had a ride on a Corsaro at 3x a couple of years back...what a bike. Still hanker for one now, although I took the 'sensible' route and got a 950 KTM Adventure in the end ...
