Re: Kickstart Extender or Swansneck Kickstart needed

I've got a starter and extender block that came off my 350 (replaced with an NLM Swan neck at vast expense) - it will work with rear sets BUT it needs some work. It's not a standard 350 part but it works with the extender block. There's a second BUT in that the extender has wear in it, though some l...

Re: How Standard is Yours?

An interesting thread. http://www.takkatakka.co.uk/bike2.html My bike sort of looks standardish, but its far from it. The basis of the bike is a 76 wire wheel Strada, rebuilt to resemble a Sport Non standard stuff, in no particular order: Paint vaguely to early Sport pattern, but in a much darker re...

Re: Some spare 350 spares

email sent with some shots. My bike is a 76 Strada converted to Sport and it fitted so you should be OK.

Re: Replacement Front Disc

OK, thanks that's useful information. So to rephrase; the only hassle is that you have to cut down the pads. :-)

Re: Replacement Front Disc

Glad to help. The only negative thing with the floating disk is that you have to cut the pads down as they foul the disc buttons otherwise. I've not found a pad that fits without being modified but Roy Thursby supplies modded pads at a reasonable price.

Some spare 350 spares

I've got a few bits and pieces going spare if they are any use to anyone. Pair of OE fork springs and spacers Pair of K&N filters Kick start, 'knuckle' and rear set spacer. The kick start doesn't look to be a standard Morini part but it works with the spacer. The spacer and knuckle are both worn...

Re: Replacement Front Disc

The bike with the floating disk shown is my 350. It's a rear disk from (I think) a Ducati 600TL and came from Roy Thursby in Stockton on Tees. My braking system is the original Grimeca caliper and a Grimeca master cylinder from a Morini 250 which is abetter match to the single caliper - the 350 one ...
