Some information from Ing. Lambertini on the Moto Morini Club Italia facebook page. It's in Italian but a weekend on google translate under lockdown should have it done!!

Re: Side Panel Knobs.
Widgets suitably fancied!! I have used this company for adjustable feet and handles for other projects so ordered some knobs. HW067 - side panel HW070 - seat If you want any of them I did over order so have some spare - but have a look at the other widgets, you might find some things you didn't know...

Re: Side Panel Knobs.
Without going out to the shed to check for sure (as it is cold and p***ing down) I think the side panel ones are M6 male - how long depends on how you are going to fit them. I think the seat ones are M8.
You could always ask them to send a sample!

German Morini Club Website
I've tried to access the German Morini site ital-web.de and it seems to be down. Any of the German forum members any ideas?

Re: NEW! Green Lane Morini Section
Hi Steve, They have a forum as well - the only rule being that posts are in Italian. This is not as hard as you would think - they appreciate that not everyone speaks Italian and Google translate does a good job of communicating. Also giumorin on this forum is one of the senior members on their site...

This might be of interest to the off-roaders. I accessed it using chrome and the handy 'right-click' translate to English option.

Re: New Style Starter - Part Wanted
Hi Julian,
I really need one permanently and to get one it involves physically dismantling the cush drive. When they make them they are all bonded together hence the request for a us one.
Thanks for the offer and I'll keep everyone updated on progress.

New Style Starter - Part Wanted
Evening all, I've been investigating the upgrade/refurbishment of the new style starter mechanism fitted to the Kokusan ignition Morinis. For those who don't know, this starter engages from a smaller motor via a two shaft sprag clutch assembly with a cush drive. The unfortunate thing is the cush dri...

The RebuildRebuild
I'm now in the rebuild phase of the Coguaro with all parts present and ready for use. Today was the day to put the crankcase halves back together and so that's what happened and boy did it look good. Now for the left hand case - pick up the oil pump and ...... what's that there?? Promise not to laug...

I had the same issue with my Kanguro. I fitted a Durite 12V/100A relay - part no 0-727-10.

Re: fuse box on X3 and other questions.
The horn mounts on the front of the airbox on a U shaped bracket. As for the throttle cable seals for as long as I can remember they have been a point for attention as they can give an air leak which can affect carb balancing.

Re: Camel 501 - Stuck in Gear
Hi All, Well the good news is the sunbathing did the trick - gave me a bit of time to think things through. When I looked at things a bit closer I found the rose on the gearchange input shaft was just touching the clutch actuator arm and that was stopping the full movement on downshift. The clutch a...

Re: Camel 501 - Stuck in Gear
Hi Norbert,
Yes I've tried rocking the back wheel without the engine running but still no joy. Yes as you say it went up into top gear so I can't see why it won't come back down!!
I've left it out in the garden to sunbathe - perhaps it will feel better later!!
