The only thing I can think of that is key like is a gear tooth. I've had one break off of a cog many years ago.
Just a thought.

Re: Wanted - Exhaust Nut for Kanguro
Thanks for the reply. I'll visit my local engineering company and see what they can do. As for the graphite grease I remember using it in the paper mill on steam trap pivots and Foliac sealant on steam joints. I'll try and acquire some next time I visit! I will also remember to use it sparingly as I...

Wanted - Exhaust Nut for Kanguro
Evening all!! Another day in the shed reconstructing the Kanguro. When I took it apart both exhaust threads were shot. I got the nut out of one head but had to butcher the second nut to get it out. I got both heads exhaust threads done by NLM and got two stainless nuts at the same time. I now go to ...

Re: First time owner!
Welcome Andy!! Don't go too mad about taking things apart - get riding and appreciate the bike then mould it to your own preferences (once all this lock down stuff is over). Most of all enjoy the experiences (there will be many!!) and ask away. You will find that the search function is a good place ...

Re: Kanguro X3 Rear Indicator
Thanks Ian,
It would be interesting to see if that is the case. Looking at the Guzzi parts there were chromed indicators that had black stems - perhaps Morini/Cagiva used the same suppliers.
Look forward to seeing what you find.

Re: Kanguro X3 Rear Indicator
Thanks Pete,
I appreciate that. If you do have one I'll nab it off you. I have found a couple on ebay for a reasonable price but they are based on the part number Charlie provided so they may not be the same so a bonafide kanguro one would be ideal.

Kanguro X3 Rear Indicator
Hi folks,
Looking for a rear indicator for a Kanguro X3. Not too worried about the lens or case but need the rubbery bit as somebody who shall remain nameless broke it when invading the shed.

Re: Charging problem
I had a similar problem with charging with my Coguaro. Everything looked OK, stator output was good but no volts at battery. I thought it was the regulator but looking closely the spring in the fuse holder wasn't putting any pressure on the fuse at the battery. New fuseholder - problem solved. As al...

Re: Dart stickers
Hi Tom,
Count me in for a set of Dart stickers - I'll email you a 400 pic. Also could I have 2 mono system in red for the Kanguro?
Cheers,
John.

Kanguro X3 Indicator wanted
One of the indicators on my X3 has succumbed to rubber rot so if anyone has an indicator with broken lens/reflector/body but the rubber is sound I would be interested.

Re: Kick start oil leak
Yes, there is an o ring on the inside of the casing. To replace it the clutch side cover has to come off - doable with the engine in the frame but I'd put up with the dribble of oil - be assured it won't turn into a flood!!
