GP - high speed wobble - any cures?
I have noticed that my GP develops a "weave" over 120mph. I have tried to power through it but it gets worse and extremely dangerous. The feeling is like the front end being light - I've tried moving forwards on the bike but it doesn't cure itself. Im riding 1 up and have not started messi...

Re: GP FIRST RIDE QUESTIONS
HI Mate I also had a Corsaro for a few years before moving to Benelli ownership and now back with MM on a GP. Ive owned a GS so able to benchmark the GP Ive done around 400miles since owning it and have similar impressions ... side stand/centre stand can drag and the centre will need removing if I e...

Re: Tyres -Michelin Pilot Road3
Have a look on Bct www https://www.bctmotorcycles.co.uk/catalogue/tyresearch.jsp;jsessionid=aypNgtGoZaU7 and look under Mitchelin Pilor Road 3 and you will find a front 110/80 R19 and rear 150/70 R15 trail version. They are now on my GP. Dunlop also offer a "roadsmart" in these sizes. Must...

Re: Tyres -Michelin Pilot Road3
Standard GP.
Took bike to a run on Sunday and the tyres performed well. Front end feel was much better ... Considering any 19in front wheel will always feel light.
Dunlop RoadSmarts are also available in 19 front 15 rear and have a better dry performance but the Mitchelins are better wett and OK dry.

Cush drive - anyone had problems?
Whilst putting some new tyres on the GP (see other post) I had a look at the rear cush drive and hub assembly. It looks as though the drive rubber is on its way out as the 5-finger male is just touching the hub and startign to cut leaving small aluminium filings inside the hub. Anyone else had this ...

PC3 & de CAT fitting & Alex of ManiacMotors
The PC3 was a bugger to fit cleanly due to then lack of space near the battery and the length of the harness to the bayonet connection at the airbox where its supposed to T in. After much deliberation I fitted mone with self adhesive velcro to sit on the front of the battery under the plastic tool t...

So far all is OK with Benelli ownership ... well sort of. The clocks failed after 30miles and the bike fell off its stupidly upright side stand. So under warranty a new set of clocks were fitted and a new mirror aquired. Took the 1130 around Cadwell on a sunny sunday and its 100% different to the Co...
