Morini raid on N Birmingham VMCC run

Post by 72degrees »

A splendid run to Pulverbatch this morning with the North Birmingham VMCC. Three Morinis 2C, K2 and Strada assembled at the start location (with a Moto Guzzi Falcone). The 2C/375 was going very well in the crisp slightly damp air.

Starting to be as well attended as some MRC sections - only I haven't persuaded the other two (plus a Kanguro owner) to join yet!

The 350 parked next to the Velo, that doesn't belong to Neil 'Tommy' Trinder from Halesowen, does it?

Sent him a text, he's just 'fessed up. I thought he was a member though? I'll get to work on him...

He certainly was and perhaps he still is, but I'm not sure. Quite a few VMCC types say they can't afford to be members of all the one make clubs of the marques they own. I know he has a very nice WD Matchless and is a member of the AJS & Matchless OC.

Peter,

I most certainly am a member, so no persuasion needed here.

My sincere apologies 'Tommy'! We need to work on Stuart (K2) and Brian (Kanguro) ;)
