This bike was kept in store for 7 years and was not even start the engine. The owner claims that the battery was always spoilt in a few month times.
Q.
1. Can I just place the battery and start the engine as usual? Will this spoilt the engine instantly?
2. Can anyone give me the correct way to make the engine alive back? Any spesified method?

Your help much apprieciated

Does your bike have a kickstarter?
Sounds a silly question to ask but I have only seen a couple of the factory customs and never taken too much notice of them.

After 7 years I would, at the very least, drain and replace the oil, put on a new cambelt, replace brake fluid and replace the battery and replace the petrol in the tank.
You may find that engine oil seals, brake lines and rubber parts in the brake system are all dried out and cracked, likewise the tyres.

Try to turn the engine over with the ignition off with the kickstarter or by putting it in gear and turning the back wheel to see if it has seized before trying to start with the button.

Not sure what the tropical climate in Malaysia would do to a bike in 7 years.
