Petition against the tracking vehicles and road pricing

Dear All,
My son found this link to a petition campaigning to scrap the proposed vehicle tracking and road pricing scheme. If you object as I do and are UK resident sign the petition at link below:-

I don't often get political but this is the thin end of the wedge, and working in IT as I do I shudder to imagine how much will be wasted on such a project of satellite tracking and billing for millions of road users over millions of road journeys.
