Italian drivers....

Just come back from southern Italy. The drivers there are, er, interesting. The towns are full of scooters who appear from anywhere and everywhere and overtake at what we would consider inappropriate places, but saw no accidents. Maybe a near hit here is normal there! The scooters are used for everything including family trips to the shops with 3 or 4 people, the police do not bat an eyelid.

Anyway, I saw a lovely silver tre e mezzo Strada one morning still being used and in the same way as the scooters. Shame I was in a car..... the roads are beautiful and the weather ideal for bikes.
