Can anyone advise as to what the 250 v is like?

I have an opportunity to buy a 1980's non runner but cannot make up my mind!!

Bloody bikes. Get rid of some then replace them,it makes no sense..

I can't tell you what the 250 is like, but I can tell that you are suffering from the same malady as me, I got up to ten bikes, only three on the road, got it down to seven and looking to get it down more, so why do I find myself scanning ebay and the like in case I miss that one I didn't know I needed but really must have, really daft bit is that I get rid of the ones I've sorted and like, on the grounds that I've only got one arse and don't ride them, and then buy a load of crap and feel under pressure to sort it. There must be a medical name for it, it's certainly not the actions of a sane person but it keeps happening. Help!!!

Very succinct description of the motorcycle malardy!

I have given myself a good talking to and am not going to buy it,instead I am going to sell more of my own bikes.

ps. Do not buy a 955 sprint. Nice bike but a bugger to sell as prices are rock bottom.

Lambertini once said that the 255V motor is the one he likes the best of the old Twins :!:

I know a guy who used the 250 a lot of years and even more km als a messanger in and around Barcelona. I guess one should not be too tall en heavy
