Site Suggestions

Post by Coxey »

hi Steve

I don't suppose you could include the 6 red title [navigation] boxes that appear across the top of the other pages - across the top of the forum page?

Robert,

Don't think I can.
But if you click on the logo at the top of the page it will take you back to the main page.

Hope this is the correct place to post this suggestion.
Do we need a section for half V twins such as 250 and 125 models? I've now got one, and I'm sure the little 125 doesn't want to be left out. Sweet little thing, easier to get on than the Camel 501.

Hi George;

At least we know what you could bring to the Scottish next year - subject to the wishes of the Section, of course... On the subject "modern singles" is probably the best cation, at least until the Factory brings out it's new 500 / 600 single :?

Good to meet up again, and also all the Scottish members who visited the stand over the w/e; hope that no-one else had a journey from hell like Mike!

Good riding,

CC

Hi Chris

That would open another opportunity to collect and ride some rare bits of kit.
I have been looking around and there are a surprising amount of different Morinis out there, eg the Country. Which is again a single. Does anybody have one of wonderful looking little bikes. How much fun that would be around here, in the summer,in the Borders.
Several for sale in Italy I see. Cheapish as well.
The 125 is late because of the weather, but should be here tomorrow.

Shirley Sutton had one of these in blue - featured in the Mick Walker Morini book that I sold you. It's been on the Stafford show stand a few times, but I'm not sure who has it now... I'm sure that they would be a delightful bike to ride, and possibly a little more practical than the Regularito that I had last year, which was a bit slow for roads around the SE, unforetunately.

Good hunting (and they don't take up much space in the garage either!).

We have a new section for the 'half v-twin' singles.

I may have jumped the gun, but I was going to put up a photo of my 125H, the little beauty that she is, even though she has her clothes off at the moment. It's telling me I don't have permission to read the forum.
I have stuck it in Projects.
Thanks for putting it up on forum anyway, I'm sure that all will be well.

I don't have "permissions" either - presumably a short term glitch?

Technology, isn't it wonderful?

Happy Easter - just going to take the Corsaro on a run to charge the battery - it's a balmy 5 degrees out there, and the sun is shining (at the moment!)

Oops, slight admin error there, I forgot to set the permissions for the new forum.
Should be ok now.

Chips, I have copied your 125H post to the Singles forum.
