I wonder if 2015 will be the year when all the "coming soon" stuff on the site finally arrives.
It really does not give a good impression of the club to newcomers and has really been a very long time coming (years in fact)
If there is no-one in the club capable of finishing the site, surely it would not be too expensive to pay someone to do it.
I feel it's a real shame that potential new Morini enthusiasts go on the site looking for information and get "coming soon" which never comes.
I know for sure that I am not the only one to feel like this and hate to bring it up, but it really does need sorting.

Pete, thanks for the reminder. We are aware that the upgrading of the site does need to be completed, and the problem is simply that the committee comprises volunteers with busy lives. I'll raise this with the rest of the committee and we will make it a priority.

On this subject, we have a very skilled Webmaestro, but if there's anyone who's a club member who would be interested in acting as 'virtual editor' of the website and its content, (no technical wizardry required) do contact me at: secretary [at] morini-riders-club [dot] com.

Hi Pedro,

In a moment of light-headedness, I recently volunteered to be the new Web Editor.

I am endeavouring to add more content, particularly pictures & video, to the website, and to give more prominence to club & section events / meets / runs.

I can't guarantee all the 'coming soon' stuff will finally arrive in 2015 but I will try to make the website an interesting place to visit regularly.

Thanks for your efforts, it is really appreciated, the site has been stuck for far too long. A suggestion might be to update the bikes bit sooner rather than later because that is the first place potential new Morini riders would be looking, it was the first place I looked when I rediscovered Morini, the site 5 or 6 years ago had some good advice, all of which I have to admit I ignored, but it was good sense nonetheless.
Very glad to see the site moving forward and love your efforts so far, thank you.
