Why no 250 V-twin section?

Post by George 350 »

As a long term member, it surprises me that there is no section for the 250 V-twins ( a model that was actually made and sold!) yet there is a section in the plastic Morini area for the Gran Ferro, a bike that only has existed at a bike show and has only 4 entries in 7 years!
Those who do enquire or have one usually jump in the 350 section, but the 250 is not a sleeved down 350, but truly a unique model in its own right, with a big list of important differences between the two.
How about it chaps?

Regards,
George.

A good point well made. Despite me being personally responsible for reducing the number of 'pure' 2Cs on the roads of the UK I'm all for it as there are quite a few still about.

As a 'new' owner (actually I had one for a few weeks some time back) I agree, I now need to pick some brains.

Great! Does the forum system allow the administrator to move threads? If so the latest long running 250 2C one would be a strong contender for reassignment.

Indeed! - Now, perhaps it would also be possible to move the currently active 250 posts in 'Tre e Mezzo' to '250 Vee'?
Thanks in anticipation. Bob

I hadn't been on here for a while and was really pleased to see the 250 V twin section on the forum. That's going to be useful as my man has recent bought himself one. I will be sticking to my 350 Strada of course :D
