PM problems

Hello all, I have a PM problem (don't snigger) - I have 2 messages 'on hold' waiting for me to clear space in a folder - trouble is I don't have any full folders, in fact I've just carried out a major clear-out and am only using 16% of my storage. How do I release the hold, please?
