Dart forks?

Post by stevie-h »

Does anybody know which other bikes use the same forks as used on the Dart and presumably some Freccias?

One assumes that Marzocchi would not have produced a set of forks for such a low production run?

Needless to say my sliders are the worse for wear due to heavy handed maintenance by others in its past!

Dart forks are the same as Freccia C10 / C12, but with extenders screwed into the top.

Sliders or stanchions?

If it's the sliders then I might have a pair. If it's the stanchions, then I suggest talking to Disco Volante. They're Paoli/Tarozzi agents and can supply stanchions for about £140 per pair (+vat).

It's also possible to upgrade to early Cagiva Mito/Planet (non USD forks), which means you also have a 17" front wheel.
