Chain run rubber

Post by SupermotoDave »

Anyone got a picture of a chain run guide, mine has decided to jump ship so I need to make a suitable replacement TONIGHT in time for leaving for Cadwell tomorrow. If I'm not there, there will be no one to chase you all onto the track.

Sorry I can't help you with a pic Dave, but if you trawl your local bike breaker there is bound to be something you can cut to size. One idea might be to visit your local trials bike shop and use the rubbing block from one of the universal chain tensioner kits they all sell.
All donations to the rest home for old Camels, Leicestershire.

Dave, I’ve emailed you a load of pictures but so that this thread isn’t left hanging, a couple of pics attached.

You can borrow mine if you can collect as you pass Northampton tomorrow.
