Surely you are joking

Post by mbmm350s »

really, for an unusable rusty standard 530 chain a knackered front sprocket and a used rear sprocket.
oh and a readily available nyloc nut..
A great deal of over priced scrap can be found on ebay, but this is taking the mick.

I don't give a hoot, Mickey - he doesn't post to France. Besides, I have a cupboard full, picked up at Brocantes for a couple of Euros...

Ho, ho! I won't lower the tone...

I bought four for £10. They usually just need adjusting.

Deviating somewhat from these merry japes, surveying said horns revealed that one of them is a 6V version (works much better on 12V!), which I imagine must be worth even more. Offers in a sealed envelope, SVP...

I have a dead horn, it blows the fuse, but for originality it could be fitted along with; a non functional electro tap of which I have a few, a non functional steering damper, some green Cavis leads and metal! plug caps.
For this project we will need a bent frame, a knackered but vapour blasted engine that looks oh so pretty and some of those quality parts from Norbert.
And who can supply a tank in the correct shade of red please?

this German scrapper (Motorize) is a real joke... I saw a Morini 350 I once owned sell in bits for 8000 euros!
He brakes all bikst ot the smalles possible pieces and aims at selling 20% to cover costs and make some profit. I think that everything left after 3 years goes to the scrap yard...

Their prices seem to be *more* expensive than many of the parts were new! amazing.

If we offer a negative amount will they end up paying us to receive their scrap items?
