Has anyone had any joy replacing the entire pillion footpeg assembly (not the red painted portion)?

I'm on my second set of pegs to fit the existing bracket and they are so worn that the ballbearing and spring keep coming out. I'd like to replace all the silver bits with something more easily sourced in the UK.
