Corsaro and Avio 1200

Post by Stauch »

Hello Here's the situation: battery red wire goes to the starter relay. New relay. With the relay wire goes to the starter. Good starter. When you press the start button (there is a clicking sound), the starter does not twist. Battery - wire - the starter works. No spark. New candles. Guys, please help. Thank you.

battery is okay? you have already bridged it with a good one or a car?
all fuses okay? the big 40A fuse too?
some errors in the ecu? please check the round plug on the left side of the airbox, maybe wet

try to work with ducatidiag or jp-diag!

good luck

first have you tried the diagnostic function on the speed. Kill switch to off , keep button on speedo pressed and turn ignition on and scroll to diagnostic menu.
You'll need enough battery voltage to spin starter.
If you have the engine spinning ok but no spark from plugs then check the big 40 amp fuse as the the engine can turn over but not fire if this fuse is overlooked. The 40 amp fuse is NOT with the other fuses but in its own fuse holder under the seat and is easily missed.

I see someone else has just suggested the big fuse too

All fuses are good. Button for diagnostics on the dashboard does not work. Lit check. He fired up before, when I broke the speed sensor.
The reason can be understood only in the diagnosis of the dashboard?
Can turn off the brain to work for some reason?
Gunni, you can more precisely what "test round connector on the left side of the air chamber," Thank you.

Hey. Prompt where it is in the manual or in the catalog have this sensor. I had a dip in the summer. Maybe now this sensor does not function? And for this reason the bike will not start. And another question, where you can download the program for diagnostic purposes. Thank you all from Russia.
