fuel pumps broken plastic part

Post by Tonto »

Factory do not sell this part separately. They offer only new fuel pump which costs only 462,514 €+shipping.

Can I found this part from other manufacturer than Moto Morini or do I need just fix it?

Another part is in the fuel pump and it is so stuck that I could not get it out. Can I qlue this part to fuel pump and leave another part in? Which glue you recommend to use?

There is a thread about a problem I had with my fuel pump Corsaro and 1200 Fuel Pump.
I went through all of this with mine.
I think that the Ducati connections for the inlet and outlet flow pipes maybe similar.
If you google the connections for the Ducati fuel pump and check images then you will see very similar items, but a different colour.
I had to glue a part of my base plate and used the glue that DaveH suggested.
Good Luck it's worth it.
