Exhausts

Post by Tarnok »

I am currently in the process of, reluctantly, selling my 2006 Corsaro 1200 and have gotten questions on the exhausts.

I have tried to find out what brand/type they are, but have not been able to.

They look nothing like the standard exhausts on the Corsaro images available on motomorini.com.

They have the following text on the side:

Corsaro E4
Latrato ZLM-L 1200 (on the left)
Latrato ZLM-R 1200 (on the right)

Off hand my guess would have been that the exhausts are originals as they carry the Corsaro logo/writing etched into the metal, but have not been able to find them anywhere online.

They also do not have the CAT bulge on the connector pipe.

Has anyone seen or heard about such exhausts?

Hi Tarnok,

With the name Latrato i'm thinking they are made by Startwin in Loenen (NL). I have only seen them once when they were still a prototype.

Do they have the same expanding shape, but smaller, as the original exhausts?

They don't have the exhaust on their website, but you can call/mail them.
See www.startwin.com.

Ok, that sounds interesting.

Yes, same expanding shape but a bit smaller overall.

Will try and contact them.

Thanks
