Sprockets

As we all know, very few parts suppliers in the UK list Moto Morini bikes. Bike Torque Racing do, but their website has a few anomalies.
There are 2 AFAM steel rear sprockets listed for the Corsaro depending on how you navigate the site.
One is part no. 44800-40. This is not correct.
One is part no. 92837-40. This is correct.
OE Rear sprocket spec.
Teeth - 40
Chain - 525
Centre/bore - 121mm
Bolt PCD - 140mm
Bolt size - M10 (hole 10.5mm)
Bolts - 6
I thought about hard anodised alloy but no joy off the peg. Some other fitments are frustratingly close...
Cagiva Raptor 650 - all right except 45 teeth!
Cagiva Raptor 1000 - 530 chain
Kawasaki ZX6R F1-F3 (95-97) - Centre only 120mm
New Dymags - Centre only 120mm
Renthal say a 426-525-40HA is what is required but nobody has one. B & C Express have the Renthal blanks and could make one for around £60. It would take 2-3 weeks. Talon quoted similar figure but said 4-5 weeks!
I thought about getting one for a ZX6R and turning 1mm off the inside but my skill on the lathe is questionable to say the least.
I'll stick with the steels for now. Maybe next time.
