Sport/Scrambler

How different are they in real life from a Corsaro?

They actually seem to get more favourable write-ups.

Are they any better on fuel: the Corsaro seems to be a bit of a gas guzzler?

Just wondering.

There are possibly better qualified members of this forum to answer that question however its worth reading the test in Ride. I have ridden the Sport recently and found it true to its name. Lower bars, different exhaust and better tyres than on my 9 1/2 the bike offers a lot. I have no plans though to part ex my bike but the Sport and Scambler offers a sporty performance without a sport bikes riding position. Some of us prefer to sit up as appose to leaning forward. Take a test ride and find out for yourself.

Regards

Paul.

ps fuel consumption doesn't vary greatly across the range. Gran Passo slightly better but the bikes performance more then makes up for the increased fuel costs. Remember 117bhp comes at a price.

I've ridden a Corsaro and a Veloce and own a 9 1/2. I've found that the 9 1/2 is far more easier to ride. On the Corsaro you only want to go fast. You can compare it to the sweet 3 1/2 GT and a Sport (apart from 100 horses and 35 years of development).
