Vibration through the foot pegs

Post by Emmohaswheelsagain »

I have recently had my 9.5 upgraded under warranty at NLM. Whilst I had no real complaints with the bike prior to this upgrade I was looking forward to my 06 bike being brought up to 08 spec. After the work I must say that the bike has sufferd excessive vibration through the footpegs. The work included replacement swinging arm bushes which were fitted without the Shims which 3x omitted to include. I was told these were not always necessary although they were forwarded on for safe keeping. Although the Corsaro differs from the 9.5 has anyone any experience of this kind of problem? I have emailed Stuart at LNM who will in his usual style apply his experience and expertise to the problem. I have read one or two road test on the new Morini's and vibration through the pegs does get a mention. Is this something Morini owners should take for granted. :(
