520 chain conversion 250 c2

Can someone advise me as I would like to convert my chain to a 520 on my 250 c2, wether its possible to fit a 14 T Front sprocket without the chain rubbing against crankcase etc , (a non heavy duty), also how many teeth needed for normal road use on a rear sprocket, and thirdly how many link chain to complete this conversion, ?...

Many thanks for reply have notice you done the same conversion, how many teeth for the rear sprocket did you use that you were happy with if you don't mind sharing also chain links,

40 tooth rear sprocket and I think 95 link chain.
