Hi all,
I am aware this tank design is not correct for my bike. Perhaps the tank was replaced at some point. Does anyone know which - if any - Morini may have had this design from new? I've never seen that design on a 3½ but some of you may.

If the 500 tank fits a 1983 3FD, then maybe someone did that or maybe just a later paint-job to echo past designs. The black and silver flash is done by hand, and of course, so is the original pinstriping.

Any ideas, anyone??
