I was getting some seals the other day and I asked if they have belts. Yep, we have them was his answer. I told him the number on the belt and he said what width shall I cut it. ???? What ?
It comes in a big roll. Tell me how wide and I will cut one off.
I haven't got him to do it yet. Does anyone know if this is ok ?
They are an experienced mob.
Cheers.

This is quiete normal, that´s the way they are made. If I remember it well, we need 19 mm.

The belt is a 124L075

124 is the nominal pitch length of 12.4"
L is the pitch specification (3/8")
075 is the width (3/4")
Acording to the Dutch Morini Club's website, 'A' or 'C' belts are 0.3mm (0.012") under or over nominal.
