Strada UK import : ex owner and strange framepart

Hi Folks ,

Bought here( Belgium) a 74 strada , came from the UK in 2006.(ex italian import 1996)
66.000 km on the clock,
History unkown (contacted Stuart already, no joy)
Is there someone here who has any info on that bike (black pickup and red transducers)
Cranck cleaned ???

What's under the frame ???

Are they for the crossover linkages for right to left gearchange and left to right brake swap?

This is the left hand shift tube on my 1980 (I think) american market example. The upper one is the pedal pivot and the lower one takes the bar that runs from one side to the other

TJU is a Leicestershire registration, I'm surprised Stuart doesn't know the bike! I don't either, sorry!

I have the name of the ex owner, but he isnt living on that address anymore.
His brother is.... but dont react ( a friend brought a note but he wasnt at home, so he left it there)

Oh and it was before Stuart was computerised ;-)
