This are the numbers of the cams published in La Strega years ago

I once had a cam marked with "L5", although everybody says L and L5 are marked the same "L".

Got it, but reviewing the situation. Not sure I really want to do an almost complete strip down again so soon. Should have got NLM to do the circlip cam retention mod while they were doing the roller bearing.

Unfortunately I have no way of quickly checking the numbers and would be a bit miffed to find after having it all apart again that they were the same as the reground cam I currently have installed.

I forgot I took a photo of the 'mystery' cam next to a Strada one. Clearly longer duration, achieved by grinding to a base circle not much more than the shaft diameter but does it look like your 'L5'?
