I need a 350 engine rebuilt, main bearings, big ends , etc. I have seen BIKECARE in Bristol advertising in ATG. Has anybody had this sort of work done there ? It's a lot nearer for me than travelling to NLM,

Thanks,

Dave.

Jim at Bikecare is brilliant. Knows these engines inside out. So good in fact that Bikecare's always busy

Just a heads up if you need bigend shells. Last time i did a 350 engine rebuild N Leics' shells were a completely different diameter to the crank and had to go back. I even got a 2nd opinion from my local engineers who laughed at them. I got some from Italy in the end which went straight in. As usual NLM swore there was nothing wrong with their parts..im n Bath if you want a hand

Many thanks Simon, I have an experienced club member working on my engine now and fortunately we some bigend shells which were manufactured many years ago and are a perfect fit.
