I once tried the Verlicchi ones. They are ok and have the great advantage that you can choose how high an with what angle you want them.

The "last Le Mans (1000)" had 40 mm fork tubes (at least my two and the several others I've worked on have). The T5 and SPII had 38 mm.

I've used the Tarozzi ones: very adjustable for height and angle. A good half-way house.

The Tarozzi also come in low-rise (35mm) and high-rise (70mm). Not a recommendation - just for information.

Another option is stainless steel swan-neck clips-ons (Barleycorn Engineering have some examples).

NLM told me 2 weeks ago that all cables still reach when using the Tarozzi 70mm high rise bars-

On my recent 500 sport acquisition it has the raised tarozzi clip on you talk about
I've managed to get them in a satisfactory position in line with the top yoke, with the master cylinder just clearing the speedo
Also the width is acceptable at a fraction over 700mm
There are also some issues on full lock with the tank clearance
If I knew how to upload a picture I would!
Regards
Graham.

For a picture, go to 'reply', scroll down to 'upload attachment' tab, click on 'Choose File' to browse your computer. The picture must be small though so will probably need resizing. Can't remember the maximum size, sorry.
