The K1 is just an updated Strada or Sport. The K2 was a sort of redesign to satify the American market with the gear change on the wrong side, but it did get a better position regarding foot rests. The 'clip ons' or handle bars were now located on the fork stanchions, the top yoke had no provision for handle bars. If you can get a copy of the Moto Morini history or simply look up on line for the K2 you would find or may find a photograph and be able to see the set up. Or, if someone has one and are kind enough, they could photograph the front end and post a picture for you. I did have on another pair on one of my 500's, a propriety set of Italian clip ons that also adjusted in all directions and could be set to fit the rider perfectly, I think they were by Verlicchi. I would think trying to get a pair would be like looking for hens teeth.
Some while ago I had cause to visit a tool room in Netherton in the Black Country and they were making top yokes for a bloke who was a Hells Angel. They only wanted the three hole centres and bar positions as they dowm loaded the code to the machining centre so could vary whatever the bloke wanted, they had already made a couple whilst I was there and in the process of making another varient, it would take about an hour to knock one out.

Sports from around 1976 had semi rearset footpegs with the gear pedal operating via a link rod. These were a popular conversion for the Strada and in fact I sold my complete setup to NLM when I fitted Tarozzis. They'd sold their last set without realising and wanted a set to copy.
