Glad the circuit works. Its just an amplifier the frequency response should be fine. So it's as accurate as the tacho was before. If your neighbour has an oscilloscope you can check. Its a good move to replace worn slides despite the eyewatering price. 0.075mm of wear In the slide and body will cause the 2.45mm needle to move far enough touch the side of the 2.60mm atomizer and that causes bad running as well as wear
P.s if you want to replace the jam jar lid on your forks I have a spare original part.

Just to recap on the strobe timing with the new ignition boxes. Just Rev to 6 k and the light should be bang on the crankcase Mark ?
