So glad to hear of your progress Andy, as I mentioned on the day if you go down the Venhill route it may pay to research this forum for other posters experiences regarding the length appropriate to your model.

That is good news. And we still have decent weather so you should be able to give it some beans and blow out the cobwebs. I have had a pair of throttle cables from Venhill some years ago and those were fine . I should have recorded the dimensions as I have for various clutch cables.

John, what are your various clutch-cable lengths, please?
I'm on something quite standard but think I'll try a longer one as I have a clip-on/speedo "interface-malfunction" at the mo' - ie my routing's a bit crap.

I will have a look when THE CAT shifts. Just got back from the Bideford Bike show. Mostly uninteresting bikes and a preponderance of the chopper squad. But the ride back was glorious. Not a patch on the road to Akaroa of course but I did that in a Yaris.

Hi 2015 to Akaroa but was also in NZ the year before as well and was in your neck of the woods forca few days.
No 3 son was working in Queenstown hence visits.
According to me Morini Sport Clutch cable:
Outer 7 mm OD 104 cm
Inner 2mm OD 124mm
Ferrules 23 mm in length. Two off.
