I'm in the middle of an engine rebuild, and I have three cylinder heads. Two of them have the later type carb inlets, which use the rubber manifolds, and one has the older type inlet, which the carb bolts on to. Apart from missing the inlet stub, (I do have it, lurking in a box) this early type is in the best condition of the three heads. Can anyone tell me where I might find one of these stubs from? It's called the "Intake plug connection ring nut" in the parts book.
