As a comparison my 1978 500 W weighs 386 lbs with a battery and oil but no fuel

And the battery as standard
And those cast wheels too. It's a noticeable difference pushing them in and out of the garage.
Interesting figures though, I always thought the older 350 was around 340 lbs as per brochures, that must have included fuel?
Oh and I'm sure unleaded/E10 is heavier as well as poisonous and devil worshipping too! 😉

45 years of rust, bits fallen off. 10/40 semi lighter than 20/59 mineral?

No rust or missing bits on this 500 but it has Tarozzi rear sets and Elektronic Sasche ignition, lighter than the stock bits??

Wow, that is one gorgeous 500!
Just from picking up my old footrests in their baggie, I'm willing to bet the Tarozzis are a lot lighter. Also, they're made of chocolate.
