Cam belt dressing is it needed on a Strada

While I am waiting for my ignition system to be fixed I have the flywheel and stator off so I have decided to replace the cam belt. I have found the belt I need on simply bearings website but the website is asking do I want to add belt dressing to the order. Do I need belt dressing I have no idea what it does or if it's needed.

No belt dressing is needed - it is used on some heavy equipment to aid grip/prevent slippage.

As an aside I get my belts from RS Components - normally a Gates item.

Thanks I have received my new belt and fitted it. Easier job than I expected.
