Recently (April 2016) restored by a classic bike specialist (http://www.garageparadiso.it) and Registro Storico FMI (Historical Motorcycles Register of the Italian Motorcycling Federation) certified. MOT passed, less than 29,000 kilometers on the odometer (18,200 miles), still carries original license plate.
The bike’s original Metallic Tobacco Brown paint job is still in excellent conditions after 36 years, so it was hand-polished instead of resprayed in order to maintain its authenticity. The only noticeable mar is on the right-hand battery cover, but one has to look really closely. Seven-spoke alloy wheels are in pristine conditions.
The motor has been refurbished to new condition; all the following parts are BRAND NEW:
Pistons; Piston Rings (Cylinders have been rebored and honed); Small End Bushes; Clutch Disks (by Ferodo); Timing Belt (steel reinforced, custom-made); all Gaskets and Oil Seals (engine and fron forks); Spark Plugs; Front Brake Pads; Rear Brake Shoes; Battery (gel type, sealed); Tires (by Metzeler) and Tubes; Mufflers (they sound great!); Rear Chain (by Regina Chain); Air Filters; all Carburetor Rubber Manifolds, all fluids.
Motor runs on leaded petrol, therefore additive must be added to petrol on refueling.
