Listed on Craigslist as a Moto Morini 200 moped. https://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/mcy/6044008639.html and posted on another forum. I'm not selling but am curious as to what it is.

italian moped with franco morini engine, many brands used franco engines so I have no clue what it is exactly

Likely a Moto Marina. Looks just like one I had here a few years ago.
